Dear readers, these recipes will surprise you, they are the trend of the moment and they are super good and delicious, with homemade almond flour and gluten-free. My sister-in-law Margarita Reyes Ycaza shared them with me and I highly recommend them. They are personal as for a portion but they can do it as many times as it provokes them. Keto bread with ham
Ingredients
2 tablespoons almond or coconut flour
½ tablespoon ground flaxseed (flaxseed meal)
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of garlic salt (optional)
1 egg
2 slices of ham
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
3 tablespoons of water
Preparation
1.- In a small bowl put all the ingredients, except the ham, mix them very well.
2.- Grease a small pyrex mold and pour the mixture.
3.- Put in the microwave oven for 3 minutes. Let it rest for a bit. Unmold it cut it in half. Arrange the two slices of ham and serve immediately.
Note.- Makes one serving.
keto chocolate cake
Ingredients

1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 packets of artificial sweetener
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
1 teaspoon and butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons of water
Ingredients
1.- In a small bowl put all the ingredients and mix them very well.
2.- Grease a small pyrex mold and pour the mixture.
3.- Put in the microwave oven for 3 minutes. Let rest for a bit. Unmold it and sprinkle with half a teaspoon of cocoa. Serve immediately.
