With the purpose of strengthening the bonds of friendship and academic exchange between Ecuador and Taiwan, the government of Taiwan through the Taipei Commercial Office in Ecuador offers scholarships to Ecuadorian students interested in studying Undergraduate, Masters, PhD and Mandarin Chinese language learning in Taiwan.
The scholarships
Taiwan Scholarship, for Undergraduate, Master’s and Doctoral studies, deadline for application is April 14, 2023. This is a partial scholarship where the beneficiary is assigned a semester and monthly value to cover expenses related to studies such as tuition, academic credits and living expenses.
ICDF Scholarship, for Master’s and Doctorate studies, deadline for application is March 15, 2023.
Huayu Scholarship, for the study of the Mandarin language, deadline for application on March 31, 2023. This is a partial scholarship where only a monthly stipend of NTD (New Taiwan Dollar) 25,000 is awarded to each beneficiary.
This is an opportunity for Ecuadorian students to increase and strengthen their knowledge, learn about Taiwanese culture, and have greater opportunities in the professional field. (YO)
