The outflow of IT specialists from Russia was also commented on by the TV presenter of the 60 Minutes program Evgeny Popov. He stated that the mass exodus of skilled workers from Russia was “a very unpleasant figure.” According to various sources, 50-70 thousand IT specialists have already left the Russian Federation, the Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC) reported.
The association also predicted the departure of up to 100 thousand IT specialists from the Russian Federation in April, noting that only expensive tickets, expensive housing, as well as the attitude towards Russians and the lack of financial connectivity are holding back the second wave.
