In the Kaliningrad region, a 49-year-old man was found guilty of sexual assault against two young girls.
According to the RF IC, from the summer of 2015 to February 2021, a man at home sexually assaulted his seven-year-old stepdaughter at least 13 times and raped her twice. The girl, due to her age, did not understand what was being done to her, and only in February 2021 she told her classmate about what was happening, who immediately informed the law enforcement officers about it.
During the investigation, it was possible to establish two more episodes of sexual assault committed by the convict in 2013 against a 9-year-old girl, the daughter of his friend.
The attacker underwent a stationary psychological-sexological-psychiatric forensic examination, which established that he had a sexual preference disorder in the form of pedophilia.
In court, he was sentenced to 24 years in a strict regime colony, compulsory observation by a psychiatrist, and restriction of liberty for a period of 2 years.
