During the military special operation of Russia in Ukraine, two servicemen from the Orenburg region were killed. It is reported by Orenday with reference to the authorities of the region.
In Orsk, the funeral of Alexander Volkhin, head of the control platoon, who died in Ukraine, took place. He is survived by his wife and daughter. It is reported that Volkhin was awarded the Order of Courage posthumously.
