Lifeless and with several injuries to her body, caused with a knife, a 14-year-old teenager was found inside a house located in the Guillermo Juez sector, belonging to the Mocache canton, in the province of Los Ríos, on the morning of this Friday, November 5.
According to the first police inquiries, the minor Nayeli Lorena AG was murdered by her lover, Óscar CH, with whom she had arrived at that house last Thursday night.
According to versions of neighbors, early this Friday a discussion was heard from inside that home, however, there was no call for help or help, so they decided to continue resting.
Around 07:00 this Friday, a neighbor in the sector was encouraged to call ECU-911 and alert the Police of the fact, since she sensed that something unusual was happening at that address.
Minutes later the Police arrived. After making several calls and getting no response, the gendarmes decided together with the owner of the house to enter the building, where they discovered the fatal scene: the deceased young woman bled to death on a bedroom floor.
Agents from the Directorate of Violent Deaths (Dinased) and Criminalistics began the respective investigations and collaborated in the removal of the body, which was taken to the morgue of the Quevedo canton. The teenager had nine stab wounds to the body.
Relatives of the victim stated that the girl’s 19-year-old lover was supposedly jealous, so they presume that this would be the cause for the suspect to commit the crime. They also reported that Thursday, November 4, was the first night they spent together in the building. He had rented it so he could see her more often, they said.
The Quevedo Mocache District Police reported that the girl’s lover, suspected of the alleged femicide, was captured in the Quevedo canton for the respective investigations.
Relatives of the victim indicated that on November 20 the adolescent would turn 15, so they were already making preparations for her pink party, which was to be held at her parents’ home, located in the Cañaveral de Mocache compound. (I)
