The entity explained that the identification service is available from 08:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday in 185 agencies. From January 16 and until February 5 extended days will be made that will include weekends in 38 agencies.

- On Saturday, January 21: from 08:00 to 15:00.
- From January 23 to 27: from 08:00 to 19:00.

- Sunday, January 29: from 08:00 to 15:00.
- From January 30 to February 3: from 08:00 to 19:00.
- On Saturday, February 4: from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Sunday February 5: from 07:00 to 14:00.
To renew the document, you must pay 16 dollars and get a turn at the Virtual Agency. For people with disabilities, the elderly, children under 3 years of age, pregnant women and people with catastrophic illnesses, it is not necessary to make an appointment and must go directly to the agency to be attended.
