On Tuesday morning, dozens of mothers and wives of persons deprived of liberty (PPL) were outside the prison. Many were crying because they had learned of this new attack and did not know if their relatives could be the victims.
Uniformed men who entered the prison spoke with the women and explained that they were three dead and that their names will be released in the next few hours.

They were anguished because since last Sunday their relatives told them that they knew that there was going to be a new massacre and that they were very scared, since they are in danger every day, one of the women said crying.
On Monday morning, a food truck at the Penitentiary was looted, according to a police report.
