The award of Owsiannikowa was criticized by Ukrainian journalists and activists. They indicate that it has spread disinformation in line with the Kremlin’s line for eight years.
“The Freedom Forum in Oslo awarded the Havel 2022 prize to the Russian propagandist Marina Ovsiannikova.
