Recall, Obi-Wan Kenobi is a Jedi Master who first trained Anakin Skywalker and later began training his son, Luke Skywalker. The action of the long-awaited series is set between episodes III and IV.

We meet our hero exactly 10 years after the events of “Revenge of the Sith”, when Anakin Skywalker in dramatic circumstances turned to the dark side of the Force and became Darth Vader. It is worth noting that the Canadian actor Hayden Christensen will return to this role in the latest production. If you focus, you’ll spot it in the latest trailer, which premiered on May 4 for a good reason.

This is an unofficial “Star Wars” celebration, and its date is based on verbal fun. The famous Jedi motto “May the Force be with You!” (“May the 4th be with You!”) In English is pronounced exactly the same as the date “May the 4th be with You!”. The phrase was first used in 1979 to congratulate Margaret Thatcher on her election victory.

What’s going on? The empire grows to power, and Obi-Wan Kenobi settles on the planet Tatooine. There, he watches over the young Skywalker, who is being raised by his uncle. Meanwhile, Darth Vader still wants to take revenge on the former champion, and also find his son. He sends his Inquisitors to various corners of the galaxy, who do not choose their means. Obi-Wan must therefore discreetly distract them from the boy – which, as we know from Episode IV, he successfully succeeds for a long time.

The trailer appeared online at 2:45 PM Polish time. An hour later, only on YouTube, the counter showed 17 million views. On Twitter, the trailer was displayed another 1.7 million times, and Instagram adds about 600,000. views on different Disney profiles.
