Fryderyk 2022 for the artist of the year Zawiałow was collected, among others, by from her friend – Natalia Szroeder. She admitted that it was of special importance to her and assured her that Szroeder would compete for the award next year. This year’s winners also include Kaśka Sochacka, Muchy and Miuosh.
Trzy Golden Fryderyki 2022
This year, three unique Golden Fryderyk awards were also awarded. One was received posthumously by Jacek Szymkiewicz, known e.g. from the Pogodno group. Musician, author of lyrics and songs, multi-instrumentalist for a heart attack.
– Beloved, the matter is simple – jazz is freedom and democracy, music from the heart and feeling. If it’s played well, it’s hard to play, but it’s easy to listen. And that’s what we wish for. One of the most beautiful instruments for me is the saxophone and Henio Miśkiewicz knows what a beautiful instrument is, he knows what a saxophone is – said Michał Urbaniak, handing the Golden Fryderyk to Henio Miśkiewicz.
The third Golden Fryderyk went to the members of the Republika team. Of course, my bandmates remembered the late singer Grzegorz Ciechowski on stage. – With his intelligence, charisma and outstanding ability to use words, he gave the band the character, meaning and purpose for which we went on stage. Ciechowski’s widow added that the statuette that was in her hands would be auctioned, the proceeds of which would help the victims of Russian aggression in Ukraine. She shouted out:

The gala was held in Netto Arena in Szczecin, and a lot of artists performed on the stage, incl. Daria Zawiałow, Szczyl with Piotr Rogucki, Mrozu, Anieli and Katarzyna Nosowska, Kwiat Jabłoni, Natalia Schroeder and Vito Bambino as well as Rosalie and Król.
