The key to your dream figure is a balanced diet combined with physical activity. However, we can see the best results if both of these elements are perfectly suited to us. The most important thing is a gradual but constant change of habits. Eating crisp bread for a month, which we do not like, and running every day for 1 hour, although it does not give us any pleasure, will not bring the expected results in the long run. However, including the following products in your daily diet can help us get closer to our goal.

We do not have to give up fruit during the diet. Many of them are not only great sources of vitamins, but can also help you lose weight. We are talking here about, for example:

  • oranges – high vitamin C content is just one of their many advantages. Oranges contain a lot of fiber, which allows us to stay full for longer. At the same time, they are low in calories and have a low glycemic index, so there is no rapid increase in blood glucose levels,
  • Grapefruits – the enzymes in these fruits help your body break down sugar. In addition, they accelerate the metabolism and facilitate the burning of fats. 100 g of grapefruit is only 50 kcal. Like oranges, they have a low glycemic index,
  • watermelons – in the summer season it is also worth consuming watermelons. This fruit is 90 percent. because it consists of water and at the same time is rich in vitamin A.

Spices are a very important element in cooking. They give the dish flavor and aroma, and as it turns out, some of them can also make us absorb fewer calories.

  • Cinnamon – this spice stimulates enzymes involved in metabolic processes and regulates blood sugar levels, thanks to which it can help suppress excessive appetite. Cinnamon is a great replacement for sugar in coffee or tea, but it can also be an addition to, for example, yogurt,
  • Chili – its presence in this chili combination is due to the presence of capsaicin. It is this substance that suppresses the appetite and affects the resting metabolism,
  • Ginger – this spice with a warming effect accelerates metabolism and facilitates digestion,
  • Turmeric – has a positive effect on the work of the liver and stimulates the secretion of pancreatic enzymes, accelerating digestion.

Instead of sweets, use dark chocolate

People prone to sweets do not have to completely give up on their diet. Dark chocolate can be a good alternative. The more cocoa in the composition, the better – the minimum should be 70%. Of course, you should be moderate when consuming it, but after eating just a few pieces of chocolate, you may feel an increase in the feeling of satiety. What’s more, such chocolate contains up to 15 percent. fiber, thanks to which it has a positive effect on digestion.
