From his Instagram account, the young man manages to make visible the dramatic situations that many people live in the country, hit by the economic measures of President Nicolás Maduro. In many cases, his posts go viral and help for those most in need comes from many destinations.

And this is the case of Humberto José Chacín, who wanders the streets asking for food and a little company when he leaves his house, where no one is waiting for him.
