Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and has a beneficial effect on our skin. It protects against free radicals and toxins that are responsible for the aging processes. Vitamin C restores the skin’s radiant appearance, reduces the visibility of discoloration and brightens the complexion. There are many cosmetics with vitamin C available on the market, but the serum will be the most concentrated option.
Cosmetics that you should use every day to successfully delay skin aging: Night cream with retinol
Retinol, i.e. a derivative of vitamin. A, it is considered the most effective substance in the fight against wrinkles, which can be found in cosmetics. Thanks to its exfoliating properties, it removes dead skin cells, smoothing its structure and stimulating the production of collagen fibers. However, due to the intense action of retinol, it is recommended to gradually introduce it to care. First, start with a low concentration and apply every few days, then increase the frequency. Retinol is also recommended to be used in the fall and winter months, when there is not so much exposure to sunlight.
