Such an hourly interval may come as a surprise to many people. Although it is usually assumed to eat dinner two or three hours before going to bed, it should be remembered that the diet is a very individual matter and should be adjusted to the preferences of each person. The number of hours in which Agata Rubik eats meals in relation to the number of hours in which they do not resemble the recently popular intermittent fasting, i.e. intermittent fasting.
