Proper hair care is a key element if we want it to be not only shiny, but above all healthy. The deterioration of their condition can be influenced by many factors – from weather conditions to aggravating styling. We know, however, how we can and effectively use a product that many people have in their kitchen, namely … jelly.
Hair lamination – what is the procedure and what are the results?
The lamination treatment consists in creating a protective layer on the surface of the hair, which will protect it against damage caused, for example, by excessively high temperature of the dryer or straightener. This coating fills the parted hair cuticles, thanks to which we can observe the effect of the so-called panes. In addition, the hair becomes softer, shiny, does not frizz, and its condition improves significantly. Thus, it will be much easier for us to arrange them.
For these people, lamination of hair with jelly will produce the best results
Women with hair will notice the most after lamination:
- low and medium porosity,
- damaged as a result of styling and various treatments,
- rough,
- matte,
- frizzy.
Importantly, jelly lamination cannot be performed very often, as this could be counterproductive. It is best to perform this procedure no more than once every two weeks.
Home hair lamination. Step by step execution
Before we proceed, you should wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo, and then gently dry it with a towel. Only then do we prepare the solution. For this, we need a tablespoon of jelly and three tablespoons of hot water. We mix everything until the powder is completely dissolved. Then it is worth adding a spoonful of conditioner or hair mask to enhance the effect. We apply this mixture to damp hair, strand by strand. Cover your hair with a cap or foil and wrap it with a towel. Leave the mask on your hair for 30 minutes. Finally, rinse everything with warm water.
