Juanjo: NO SHEEP commits to raw truths on his EP entitled ‘I’

DHARMA (@dharma_vzla) and schemer (@mqnt_90) make up the hiphop-rap duo called DO NOT SHEEP (@nosomosdeaka), who last Sunday released his debut EP, which received the name of I. This studio production, mixing and mastering was done by cholos (@elcholodb), as part of the study team decibel (@eldecibel).

Available on digital distribution platforms, made up of five songs and lasting approximately seventeen minutes, the EP by DO NOT SHEEP came to give a shake to the freestyle in Ecuador, mixing English and Spanish between his rhymes, addressing topics of social interest, such as interpersonal relationships, work and popular culture, such as cartoons, series, among others. Without a doubt, the beats and samples are some of the most outstanding elements, which were in charge of Kabuto The Kid (@kabutothekid). Of course, the concept revolves around the lyrical and interpretive ability of this excellent team. Part of this can be seen in the video of his single NO SHEEPavailable on YouTube.

The songs have a kind of common thread between their beats and are painted with slightly gloomy tints that provide different nuances and a variety of sounds; this is a point in its favor, since it does not allow I falls into monotony, but does not stop and continues until it achieves its goal: to convey its message without any exaggerated allegory.
