This method is not very pleasant for many people, but we can be sure that it will bring results. Leaning your head to the side, pour the prepared solution into the nostril so that it flows out with the other one. During this activity, remember to breathe through the mouth. This rinse moisturizes the sinus mucosa and helps to remove the accumulated secretion. You can prepare the rinse mixture yourself from cured salt and baking soda. However, inadequately, they can lead to irritation of the mucosa, so in this case it is better to use ready-made products available at any pharmacy.
