From this Monday, October 25, the Vital Fundazioa Kulturunea space in Vitoria-Gasteiz will offer the documentaries “Norberaren gela”, “Aztarnak-Huellas”, “Fantasía”, “El Drogas” and “Kuartk Valley”. The screenings will begin every day at 7:30 p.m., and admission will be free until full capacity is reached.
‘Norberaren gela’ will be in charge of opening the Week on Monday 25. Directed by Ainhoa Urgoitia and Enrique Rey, it is the story of several photographers who are commissioned to make their own project based on a photograph of Eulalia de Abaitua’s work , considered the first Basque photographer and pioneer in Bilbao in 1900.
On Tuesday, October 26, the leading role will be for “Aztarnak-Huellas”, the second feature film by director MAru Solores; on Wednesday “Fantasía” by Aitor Merino will be offered; on Thursday the truno of “El Drogas” will arrive, directed by Natxo Leuza; and on Friday Maider Oleaga will close the Basque Documentary Film Week with “Kuartk Valley”.
