“Chyłka”. Will there be a sixth season?
The open ending of the fifth series of “Chyłka” is certainly a gateway, allowing the creators to pursue new adventures of the series’ heroes. It could be another season of the series, but Player might as well be preparing a special episode. As you know, the literary original has 14 volumes so far (although the premiere of the next one is coming soon), so there is no shortage of film adaptation material. On the other hand, the creators of the series from the very beginning declared that they did not plan to transfer the entire series to the screen, which they proved by resigning from the screening of the fourth volume, entitled “Immunity”. Representatives of Player.pl, although they announced that the fifth season will be the last, also revealed that “Chyłka” has not said the last word and announced a few surprises for the fans of the series. One of them is certainly a document about the work on the series, entitled “Chyłka – serial phenomenon”.
