How did such nutrition affect the journalist’s well-being and appearance? On the fourth day of the experiment, the woman noticed a drop in energy. She felt tired and nervous all the time. Besides, she had trouble sleeping and concentrating.
Her appearance has also changed. The skin was more oily, it shone much more often. There were lines between her eyebrows. On the other hand, hair after a week of such a diet required much more frequent washing than before. Phoebe confessed that it took a month to get back to her former form.
After the experiment was over, the journalist again went to the clinic to do the tests. It found that body fat increased from 23 percent to 25 percent. In turn, the level of skin dryness increased by as much as 27 percent.
