The first words of Antonio Resines after leaving the ICU: “They have literally saved my life”

Antonio Resines, recently released from the hospital, thanked “all” the workers at the Gregorio Marañón in an emotional letter for having “literally” saved his life.

“I wanted to thank the UCI Library team, and the COVID 4/100 pavilion, EVERYONE (doctors, nurses, assistants, caretakers, cleaners,…) because apart from having treated my family and me with enormous affection They have literally saved my life, because I have had more than complicated moments,” said the actor.

Resines, who yesterday was discharged from hospital after 48 days admitted for complications derived from COVIDhas pointed out that, despite having left the medical center, he has “a recovery time at home”, so that they can give him the final discharge.

In addition to thank you effusively for the work of all those who treated you at the hospital, He has also thanked “all my friends and professional colleagues, who have been punctually informed by Ana and by my son Ricardo”. “I know how attentive they have been to the reports and that they have answered them every day. It has been a fundamental support for them,” he adds.

Also, add to the letter the thanks to the media “for the respect and affection with which they have treated the subjectespecially in the most difficult moments.

Finally, Resines concludes in the letter sent to the media: “I wanted to thank my family and my close friends, who know how bad they have been and how they have supported Ana and Ricardo all this time.” “I hope to be recovered very soon and to be able to answer everything you ask me in person instead of through a statement, but right now I have no other way to do it, because say more than three sentences in a row, at the moment it exhausts me”.
