Natural pink: how to make it?
You will need: beetroot, kitchen knife, baking tray, coffee grinder, bowl, container for the finished product, corn flour.
- Cut the beetroots into thin slices and spread them evenly on the baking tray.
- Put the prepared baking tray in the oven on the lowest shelf and set the temperature to about 140 degrees Celsius. Ideally, the oven door should be slightly open to avoid excessive accumulation of moisture. Wait until the beets are dry.
- Put the dried beetroot slices into a coffee grinder, then grind them into a loose powder.
- Put the ground beetroot into a dry bowl.
- Add cornmeal to the beetroot powder in a ratio of 1: 3. If you want the pink to be lighter – add more flour, darker – add a little cocoa.

Cream blush or lip gloss? One additional ingredient is enough
Add one teaspoon of oil or butter to the ground beetroot powder. Almond oil, coconut oil or shea butter will work best. In a water bath, combine the ingredients and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Pour the hot liquid into a container and wait for it to cool. The resulting ones can be used as an alternative to loose powder, lip balm and eye shadow.
