The action of the American animated series, intended for adult viewers, takes place in the Middle Ages. The main character, Princess Bean, is accompanied by the demon Luci and the green-skinned Elfo. In the world they live in, they encounter many unique creatures and experience many absurd adventures. - Princess Bean (Abbi Jacobson) – Also known as Tiabeanie, Princess of Dreamland. At the beginning of her adventure, the heroine is 19 years old. The girl does not shy away from alcohol, and at the same time has a unique ability to get into trouble. Instead of carrying out his royal duties, Bean prefers to go to taverns with his friends. Eventually, however, she is forced to embark on a dangerous journey;

- Elfo (Nat Faxon) – a forest creature who wants to find out what sadness and regret are. The hero joins Bean and Luci. Unlike the demon, Elfo tries to persuade the princess to make the right decisions.
