The first in-house auditions for children and adolescents for the roles in the new feature film based on the theme of “Akademia Pana Kleksa” will be held on February 12-13 (Saturday and Sunday) – the film crew will be waiting for everyone in Katowice’s Fairy Tale of Mr. Kleks.

Young actors aged 8-15 are wanted, both girls and boys, regardless of the experience in front of the camera or the lack thereof. Director Maciej Kawulski emphasizes:
Open castings are rare in Poland, which is why we expect huge interest. We want to give a chance to anyone who would like to try their hand at acting. We have prepared well for this. Eight film crews will be waiting for young actresses and actors. We plan to meet over 2,000 candidates.
The new “Akademia Pana Kleksa” is a modernized version of the classic fairy tale by Jan Brzechwa, which is to speak with its content and form to the youngest, but also to enter into a dialogue with older viewers who still remember the cult adaptation from the 1980s. How to participate in the casting?
In order to ensure the greatest comfort and safety of participants, prior, free online registration for a selected day and time is required. After registering on the l website, participants will receive a ticket and scenes to be prepared by e-mail. Casting will take place on February 12 and 13 in Bajka Pana Kleksa in Katowice, ul. Porcelanowa 23. They will last from 10 to 19. Candidates and candidates are invited with legal guardians.
