The clip received wide media coverage, provoking a new discussion on such an important issue. “No No” was another statement by Ewa Farna, touching on no less important topic – mental health and the art of saying “no”. In the touching piece “Version 2.0”, the artist met herself from her childhood, while celebrating her 15th anniversary with this single.
The title is very important in the story about the album. “Umami” is the fifth flavor which gives the food a full, complete expression. It is a taste that cannot be fully defined – but we know that it is the first time we encounter it in mother’s milk. This is the definition of the moment in which Ewa Farna is in her life. – Umami can be something different for everyone – for me it has become motherhood, which enriched my previously tasty and happy life. Now it is one more step forward, the next level – says the singer.
The pieces that make up “Umami” are the result of Ewa Farna’s work with artists from all over Europe.
