Ewa Bem and Matt Dusk in a duo
– I saw Ewa Bem for the first time at last year’s festival in Sopot. WOW! My friend suggested that I contact her and ask if she would like to appear on my album. I was honored that she agreed and when we met she hugged me tight … it felt like we had known each other for years. Working with Ewa was amazing and I know that you will hear our passion for the music we love – says Dusk.
And what does Ewa Bem have to say about this cooperation?
Matt is an immensely nice and happy guy. Moreover, as I found out, he has a wonderful Polish wife. I accepted his invitation with joy and we promised to sing another, this time bossa nova, which we both like! I wish Matt continued success! Keep swingin!
“Fly Me To The Moon” is a piece composed in 1954 by Bart Howard (as “In Other Words”). Previously, it was performed by artists such as Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Doris Day, Tony Bennett, Michael Buble and Diana Krall.
Matt Dusk has not only produced a duo with Ewa Bem. or Kub Badachem.
– My role is to sing these great songs with fantastic musicians and spread the legend of Frank Sinatra further. The most important thing for me is the atmosphere in lively contact with the audience and sharing this beautiful music – said the singer in an interview with Gazeta.pl. – I will never be Frank, nor do I want to be … I just want to celebrate the best music ever written.
