Every parent wants the best for their child and wants to protect them in every possible way. If he gets hurt, he can do literally anything … This story took place in Texas on June 9, 2012 at an isolated ranch. A father defended his daughter by killing her rapist. Interestingly, he was not charged in this case.
“Everyone has the right to protect their daughter. He acted in defense of the other person.”
One day, 47-year-old Jesus Mora Flores, who worked on a farm as an assistant, dragged a five-year-old girl to a shed. According to court documents, the witness saw Flores “forcibly moving” the girl to a secluded place and ran to inform her father about everything. According to The Guardian, according to police reports and information on the Internet, running to the screams of his daughter, the father found an employee and a girl without underwear. He pulled Flores off the little girl and, in a tantrum, “struck a few blows to the man’s head and neck.”
The man fell to the ground and stopped showing signs of life. With his daughter finally safe, the father immediately called 911, begging the dispatcher to send an ambulance to his ranch immediately.
Hurry up! This guy is going to die! I do not know what to do!
– were to register the tapes of the control room.
When the rescuers reached the place, the man was pronounced dead. Authorities that examined the girl and Flores’s body throughout the incident confirmed that there was a sexual assault. Though Flores’s death was investigated as a homicide, the girl’s father was not arrested. Neither were any charges brought against him.
By law in Texas, lethal force is permitted and legitimate to stop sexual assault. All evidence provided by the Sheriff’s Department and the Texas Rangers indicated that this was exactly what happened when the victim’s father arrived.
District Attorney Heather McMinn told reporters.
