Ivanna Barreiro García, better known as Vanna (his stage name), wants to conquer 2022 with his very fresh and current Latin pop musical proposal, after 2021 saw the birth of his first songs.
The young 23-year-old artist presented at the end of last year, on December 28, her second single, In you radar, a melody that sings to the romance that arises without planning it between two close friends.
It is a large collaboration that highlights the name of Ecuadorian talents in the music industry. Music and lyrics are creation of Jaime del Hierro, a musician composer from Guayaquil, as well as the production of the song; Alejandro Cañote, one of the most prolific guitarists in the country with a 40-year career, was in charge of the arrangements and direction. Egberto García, also a musician and uncle of the singer-songwriter, is her artistic producer.
In musical instruments are Fabrizio Rodriguez (under), Luis Gonzalez Plaza (percussion), Pechiche Mena (batteries and programming), Galo Centeno (trumpets), Andres Cuartas (ukulele) y Joel ycaza (piano). The sound effects were in charge of Sergio Vivar and the mastering was carried out in the studio of Boris Milan, a Venezuelan sound engineer based in Miami, who has resonated in the works of Shakira, Carlos Santana, Ricardo Montaner, Fonseca, among others.
“I was introduced to the subject in mid-2021 and I really liked what it is about. When they asked me if I wanted to be a performer of the song, I wanted to join the project, ”Vanna recalls. “This collaboration with Ecuadorian artists has made the song sound so beautiful, it has been a beautiful project.”
Vanna has been singing professionally since 2020 and is part of the cast of artists that make up the studio Good Vibes Music (by Carlos Sánchez). In March 2021 he launched his first single, You do not need, a composition with urban sounds, thanks to the participation of Mandrov on the beat, beatmaker from the same study.
In mid-2021, Vanna also shone on the international billboard when she participated in the 30th edition of the Slavianski Bazaar International Art Festival in Vitebsk, Belarus. Vanna wowed the audience with a performance in Russian that was full of energy and dance.
