Andrzej Nowak was the founder of the TSA band, which is one of the first heavy metal groups in Poland. In addition, he performed at the head of the band Bad Psy, which he established in 1999. He has released a total of three albums with this formation – “Forever” (2002), “Polska (I was born in Poland)” (2012) and “Duma” (2017).

The TSA group recently returned to the stage with the Festival in 2021. It was there that a special concert took place, 40 years after the band’s debut at this event. The following artists performed on the stage: vocalist Marek Piekarczyk, guitarists Andrzej Nowak and Stefan Machel, bassist Paweł Mąścoda and drummer Zbigniew Kraszewski. Later the band played again – in September at Summer Arena in Gliwice.

As a guitarist he also performed with Martyna Jakubowicz and Tadeusz Nalepa. In the 1980s, Andrzej Nowak was a co-creator of the recording session “I Ching” (1982/1983), which also featured musicians from TSA (also Janusz Niekrasz), Perfect (Zbigniew Hołdys, Andrzej Nowicki, Piotr Szkudelski, Andrzej Urny) and Maanamu (Paweł Markowski).
