On January 1, 2022, Ricardo Germán González Ramos, born in the same city, on August 30, 1954, died in the city of Guayaquil. Ricardo González, also known as Mezcalito, He was an inveterate reader, a lover of music and the sea, and a man very loved by all the people who crossed his path.
Ricardo begins his journey through the artistic world as a content producer for the Maritere Show from TC Television. In 2002 he made his acting debut in Peru in the telenovela Kiss Me silly and a year later he returned to Ecuador to be part of the main cast of the telenovela Lto sorceress from TC Television, written by Catharina Ledeboer and directed by Toño Vega. From there, his tour of television allowed him to develop his innate ability as a talent hunter, collaborating with the casting of several production companies, series and films.
One of his last works was the production of the opera The Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi, under the direction of Dante Santiago Anzolini, principal teacher of the Guayaquil Symphony Orchestra, in which more than 170 artists participated, including actors, singers, dancers and musicians from the aforementioned Guayaquil orchestra.
