Knowing about the phases of hair growth can be very helpful in understanding how quickly hair grows back. It turns out that hair is a complex structure. They basically consist of: hair shaft, hair root and hair follicle. The latter is – in a way – the driving force behind the entire growth cycle.

The hair growth cycle consists of three phases. What? See for yourself:

  1. Anagen (growth phase) – this is the phase of active hair growth in the hair follicle, its duration is genetically determined and ranges from 2 to 7 years. Interestingly, under normal conditions, on the scalp 90 percent. hair is in the anagen phase.

It turns out that daily hair treatments do not have to be expensive and time-consuming, and additional vitamins and dietary changes will also affect the health of our entire body, and hair will be its extremely valuable showcase. What can I do to make my hair grow faster?

  • Adopt an appropriate diet – that is, providing a large amount of protein and products rich in: zinc, copper, magnesium, vitamins A, E and C and those from group B, as well as omega-3 fatty acids. Therefore, remember to often reach for: whole grain bread, green vegetables, eggs, nuts, buckwheat and millet, parsley, broccoli, pumpkin, tomatoes, apricots, carrots, oranges, spinach, blueberries, cocoa and cabbage.
  • Use of masks – both ready-made, e.g. in the form of ampoules, and self-made, e.g. egg masks or a suspension made from flooding linseed with water.
