The Bilbaopoesia festival will offer 6 recitals and 3 concerts

The Bilbaopoesia festival will offer, from March 14 to 22, six recitals with the participation of 17 poets and three concerts, the City Council reported on Tuesday.
The festival will start on March 14 with a concert by the cellist Maite Arreajauregi Mursego and the next day with the Concert of Tribute to Blas de Otero de Gontzal Mendibil.
The recitals will begin on the 16th with Laura Sam and culminate on March 21 (World Poetry Day) with the Colombian Lauren Mendinueta, the Switzerland Jessica Zuan and Miren Agur Meabe.
The rest of the poets that will pass through the Bidebarrieta library are Harkaitz Cano, Fernando Chivite, Tere Irastortza, Isabel Bono, Pablo García Casado, Berta Piñán, Laia Noguera, José Rui Teixeira, Sara Herrera Peralta, Aroa Moreno, Ben Clark, Luis Muñoz, Amalia Iglesias and Maribel Andrés.
The festival will conclude on March 22 with the Flamenco concert starring Manuel Gerena.
