Drivers, or at least some, will certainly be interested in in particular the first function, namely the e-mobility service. It concerns the possibility of charging cars and plug-in hybrids at stations available at parking lots in front of stationary stores. However, to be able to use them, it is necessary to meet two conditions. The first of these is, of course, setting up an account in the Lidl Plus application, while the second is the need to add a payment card to Pay.
How to charge the car in Lidl? You will do it in a simple way
As we can read in the service regulations to start charging, turn on the application, select the “more” tab, and then “e-mobility”. The next step is to indicate the charging station you want to use. You can search and select it on the map, or scan the QR code available stationary. Then confirm your data, click “Start Charging” and connect the vehicle to the station. The whole process should take place in a specially designated place, which should be left after the service.
It is worth knowing that when starting charging, PLN 100 will be blocked on the customer’s payment card. If the entire amount is not used, the difference will return to his bank account no later than up to 3 business days. In addition, it is good to remember about two issues: the service time is not included until the vehicle in the parking lot free. However, when charging, the car is to be turned off and empty. As for the charging stations themselves, they will be available with up to 22 kilowatt (with AC alternating current) or a larger (so -called fast charging point with DC solid current).
