If you are wondering what to do from poultry hearts, there are really many possibilities. This universal meat is great for both traditional and modern dishes. How to make them?

  • Stewed classic. First, clean your hearts thoroughly and fry in a pan with onions and your favorite spices, e.g. marjoram, pepper and garlic. When they golden, pour the broth and simmer on low heat until they become soft and juicy. They blend in perfectly with porridge or cream potato purée.
  • Aromatic soup. You can add to your home broth or concentrated stew. First, it is worth frying them slightly, and then throwing them into a pot with vegetables and broth. Slowly cooked, will give the soup a deep taste and enrich it with additional nutritional value.
  • Grilled skewers. To make the hearts juicy and aromatic, marinate them for several hours in olive oil with garlic, herbs and a little lemon juice. Then hope for sticks and grill until they get golden color. They taste great with garlic bread or fresh salad.
