In some cases, freezing food may bring unexpected benefits. This applies especially to bread. This is confirmed by studies published in the scientific journal “European Journal of Clinical Nutrition”.

Freezing food has been a common practice for decades. From fish to vegetables, many households at low temperatures, so that food stays fresh for longer. According to the Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Wrocław, “freezing allows you to keep excess food for later and protect it from corruption.” According to the recommendations, the recommended storage time of bread is 12 months.
