On Tuesday, February 18, 2025 The District Court in Warsaw completely annulled the decision of the Chairman of the National Broadcasting CouncilMaciej Świrski, Fr. imposing a penalty of 88,000 zlotys on the TOK FM station. As the sender informed in a published announcement, the court also ordered the reimbursement of PLN 8.4 thousand of the costs of the trial. The ruling is not final.

“The court stated that the decision was issued in gross violation of the law and awarded PLN 8,417 to Informitio for reimbursement of the costs of the trial. The court in a short, oral justification indicated that he fully shared our argumentation from the appeal as to the unlawfulness of the decision,” said Radio Tok Fm.
Chairman KRRiT imposed a penalty for the statements that appeared in five morning programs TOK FM.
