  • Potatoes with butter or suspended sauces are not a very healthy combination. Such additives significantly increase the caloric content of the meal, and starch in potatoes rapidly increases blood sugar. In combination with fat, it loads the pancreas and promotes the accumulation of unnecessary fat. Instead, it is better to sprinkle them with oil or sprinkle with herbs.
