Traditional donuts are fried in lard or rapeseed oil. The donut prepared in this way has 300 – 400 kcal. The donuts from the oven are less calorie and healthier (they are about 170 – 200 kcal) – ideal for people who care about the line.
A recipe for donuts from the oven – ingredients
We start the recipe for the oven by serving the ingredients. You will need: to prepare dough for fit donuts: you will need:
- 250 g of flour (you can use wheat or spelled flour)
- 250 g of semi -fat curd
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of white sugar (you can use xylitol or erythrol interchangeably)
- Vanilla extract – a few drops
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- About 10-12 cottage cheese donuts should come out of the above ingredients.

How to prepare tasty from the oven? The recipe together with the step -by -step instructions is presented below.
- Step 1. Place curd, egg and vanilla extract in a bowl. Combine the ingredients very thoroughly together (you can use a mixer or blender) so that a smooth mass is formed
- Step 2. Sift flour to a separate bowl, add baking powder, white sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix
- Step 3. Gently combine dry and wet ingredients. Knead the dough (preferably with your hands), and when it is uniform, divide it into 10-12 parts
- Step 4. Heat the oven to 180 degrees (up-down)
- Step 5. Put the baking tray with baking paper and arrange donuts on it, maintaining equal spacing
- Step 6. Put the baking tray in the oven on the middle shelf and bake until the donuts become browned (about 25-30 minutes). Ready donuts remove from the oven and cool
Bink recipe in the oven – modifications and stuffing
The recipe in the oven can be modified in your own way and experiment with different versions, e.g. try the sweets made of both wheat and spelled flour.
Just like fried donuts, the oven donuts can also be hopeful, enriching their taste, e.g. with your favorite jam. The easiest way to hope for such sweets after baking, using confectionery spokes. Just stick the tip of the spokes into the bottom of the donut and put the filling inside.
We can hope for cottage cheese donuts freely. If we want to go to the classics, we can reach for rose jam or plum jam. For stuffing our donuts from the oven, we can also use, for example, pudding mass, chocolate cream or cream based on mascarpone cheese.
The top of the donuts can be decorated with icing and sprinkled with chopped nuts or candied orange peel.
