This “Border Thriller” is starring Jone Laspiur and Sambou Diaby, and has the participation of Itziar Ituño and Josean Bengoetxea.
The script of this story, shot on the shores of Bidasoa for six weeks, has been written by Asier Urbieta and Andoni de Carlos. The story develops in Basque, although French and Spanish can also be heard.
The island of Faisanes is the smallest condominium in the world. Half of the year belongs to the Spanish State and the other half to French. Laida (Jone Laspiur) and Sambou (Sambou Diaby), a local couple, will see two people crossing the river to swim to try to reach the other side while walking in front of the island. Days later, a corpse will appear on the island.
