How to make a delicious cheesecake? Forget about baking and put a baking inspired by Dubai chocolate ±. It will come out perfectly fluffy, moist and a fever of taste. You will make him blend. Everyone will want to try.

Despite the high price, it sells quickly, and there is no shortage of volunteers for a sweet delicacy in Poland. The tablet often costs over PLN 100, which makes many people decide to prepare it themselves. What if instead do a crazy cheesecake? It will come out cheaper and more.

What is the best cheesecake in the world? Make a Dubai version full of pistachios

Pistachios are a tasty and healthy snack that you can eat in many ways. Due to the high popularity, they are used to make cakes, cupcakes, creams, ice cream and as a component of various dishes and dishes. Recently, you will also find them in, in particular the Dubai. NIstasts, the price for a small piece of greedy effectively scares. However, nothing prevents you from enjoying a similar taste, but in a different form. More specifically, we are talking about the cheesecake, for which you will use not only beloved nuts, but also a characteristic thread cake. What exactly will you need?

On the bottom:

  • 30 g of butter (approx. 2 tablespoons),
  • 170 g of biscuits, preferably chocolate,
  • Optional: 30 g of pistachio cream.

For cheese mass:

  • 500 g of cream cheese,
  • 2/3 cup cream 36 percent,
  • 1/3 cup of sweetened condensed milk,
  • 1/2 Milk Chocolate Bar (50 G),
  • A few drops of vanilla extract.

For pistachio mass:

  • 400 g of kataifi dough (or filo),
  • 3 tablespoons of pistachio paste,
  • Tahini spoon,
  • 30 g.

For a coating:

  • 1/3 cup cream 36 percent,
  • 2 chocolate plates (200 g), preferably milk, although you can take any two dark.

ADVICE! Use chilled cheese and cold cream for the recipe. Before you take the dough, put them in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Thanks to this, they will have an ideal consistency and beat well.

How to make a Dubai cheesecake? It will do without baking

Start making Dubai cheesecake by preparing the bottom. Put on a dough with a diameter of 20 centimeters with baking paper. Melt butter (30 g) on ​​low heat, and crush the biscuits in a blender or put in a bag, close and crush with a roller. Mix both ingredients (plus an optional paste) and put the bottom of the mold with them. What next?

  1. Cheese mass: In a pot or water bath, tune 50 g chocolate and set aside for a moment to cool. Transfer cheese to a large bowl, add milk, dissolved chocolate and mix thoroughly. Add the cream and some extract. Mix again so that the whole is slaughtering to a smooth, fluffy mass. Pour the whole into the biscuit.
  2. Pistachio mass: Heat another 30 g of butter in a frying pan, then put a kataifi cake chopped into smaller pieces. Heat until golden, then add pistachio paste and tahini. Mix and set aside to cool, then transfer to the mold into the cheese mass.
  3. ICING: Melt 2 chocolate plates in a water bath. Mix with a slightly heated cream. Pour the chopped mixture of the cheesecake and put in the fridge for 7-8 hours. After this time, remove and decorate at your discretion: pistachios, dining flowers or your favorite sprinkles. Enjoy your meal!
