There are still several months to this year’s holidays, which is why many students are browsing calendar cards in searching for another opportunity to rest. After the holidays, the next long weekend will be only Easter. However, these fall out quite late. Disappointment may also be caused by the fact that this school year the end of the year falls a few days later. However, there is a light in the tunnel.
School holidays – after the holidays, another long weekend only in April
Currently, the feta season is underway, which means that some students have just started their two -week break from learning. The full schedule divided into voivodships is as follows:
- January 20 – February 2, 2025 – Kujawsko -Pomorskie, Lubuskie, Lesser Poland, Świętokrzyskie and Greater Poland,
- January 27 – February 9, 2025 – Podlasie and Warmian -Masurian Voivodeship,
- 3 – 16 February 2025 – Dolnośląskie, Mazowieckie, Opolskie and West Pomeranian,
- February 17 – March 2, 2025 – Lublin, Łódź, Podkarpackie, Pomeranian, and Śląskie.
After the holidays, students will have to roll up the sleeves and return to their duties, because the next break from learning will only be in April. We are talking about Easter.
Easter in 2025 falls on April 20 (Easter Sunday) and April 21 (Easter Monday). However, students have a little more free. For them The holiday holidays start on Thursday, April 17, and they return to science only on Wednesday – April 23.
Picnic and Corpus Christi – long weekends for students
The picnic in 2025 begins on Thursday (May 1). Another free day day falls on Saturday (May 3), which is why school directors can decide on an additional day between two holidays – on Friday, May 2. In this way, children and young people have up to four days off from classes (including the weekend).
It is worth adding here that after the picnic there will also be eighth grade and matura exams, which are days off from classes for younger students at a given educational stage.
Another long weekend is getting ready in June. Of course, we are talking about God’s body. This is a movable holiday, but it always falls on Thursday. In 2025 it will be June 19 and that day the schools will be closed (Directors of many schools have already decided to release students from their education on June 20, i.e. on Friday after the church holiday).
End of the school year – the deadline may disappoint students
Deadline The end of the school year falls on Friday, June 27, 2025. This means that next year’s holidays will not start until June 28. It was six days later than last year.
Although it seems so distant – this is not the case. There are only 142 days left until the beginning of the holiday. However, without weekends only 102 days.
