On August 22, after a 4-day concert marathon, it finally came to an end. During that time, the biggest stars of the local music industry sang their hits on the stage of the Forest Opera, including Ewa Bem, Lady Pank, Agnieszka Chylińska and Urszula. The event also gathered thousands of viewers and millions of viewers in front of TV sets, but not everyone was happy with what they had to watch.
Not only stars on the stage of Top of the Top Festival 2024. Who else performed for the Sopot audience?
The first editions of the Sopot festival were broadcast live by Telewizja Polska. Later, for some time, Polsat took over the broadcasting of the event, but since 2017 it has been continuously organized by TVN. For this reason, during each edition of the event, apart from well-known vocalists, the station’s top stars also appear on stage, whose task is, among other things, to present new programming. This time was no different. The last straw was the penultimate day of the concerts, because between performances the microphone was passed to the hosts of popular formats. In this way, she gave a speech about free media, but in addition to her, Olivier Janiak and Dorota Szelągowska also spoke. This did not please everyone, and the posts on social media quickly swarmed with unfavorable comments. The former manager also decided to take a stance on the confusion.

rarely comments on music events online, but this time he made an exception. On his official Facebook profile, a post appeared in which he criticized the combination of the festival with the TVN schedule.

– he wrote bitterly. The reactions of his fans were immediate. In the blink of an eye, the post was swarming with comments from Internet users supporting his position. Seeing that many of them shared this opinion, he decided to continue the topic. He did not mince his words.
Poor, shouting pseudo-presenters. Of course, this does not apply to experienced Prokop, Wellman. But for God’s sake, do not shout over each other with stupid and not always Polish-sounding shouts!
– he wrote in response to his post, slamming the festival hosts. He then referred to artists who, in his opinion, do not stand out from the competition in any way.
I know we are from a different generation and we are not without sin, but why this revue of stupid comperes? And the singers: once, when there was a festival, you ran to get stronger. And now it’s one level. Nothing stands out
