His journalistic career began with the weekly “Gazeta Polska”, where he published his columns. He gained experience in front of the camera in , which he joined in 2013, hosting, among others, the morning programme “Polska na dzień dobry”. After 3 years, he began working with Telewizja Polska, quickly becoming one of the station’s biggest stars. He appeared regularly on TVP Info in many different formats, but his popularity is mainly due to his own series and “Jedziemy dalej”.

When the government in the country changed at the end of December 2023, and thus the management of the public broadcaster, Rachoń lost his job. Then, after less than 8 years, he returned to the right-wing station where he started working on the air, taking the position of program director. His original format was also transferred, which has been broadcast from Monday to Friday at 7:30 a.m. since then.
This did not go unnoticed, however, because TVP decided to sue the presenter, considering his actions illegal. Despite this, subsequent episodes of the series were still being produced, in which he discussed and severely assessed, among other things, decisions made by the government. Now, the journalist and “Jedziemy” have once again become a hot topic in the media.

On his official profile on the X portal, Rachoń announced that he was leaving the airwaves, and his own program “Jedziemy” would have a new host. However, fans of the presenter can rest easy, because this change will not last forever. As he explained in the entry, it is due to his upcoming 3-week vacation, during which he will be replaced by Michał Jelonek.
