TikTok user @kut_rol shows what life in the countryside is like in his videos. One of his videos has attracted particular interest. It has already been viewed by over 400,000 people. In the video, we can see that a bakery and confectionery vendor has come to the village of Grabowiec in the Podkarpacie region.
He did some shopping in a village shop. What did he manage to buy for 50 zlotys?
The author of the film did some shopping for 50 PLN. He also showed what was inside the car. We see, among other things, bread, cakes, doughnuts, wafers with sweet fillings. For 50 PLN, the man bought bread, a cake with jelly and a box of cookies. The recording ends at some point. So we don’t know if this is the entire purchase.
People have forgotten about such stores. “My childhood in the countryside”
The film caught the attention of many people. However, the prices in the countryside were not the main topic of discussion under the recording. The mobile shop caught the attention the most. Some viewers associated it with their childhood. Some were even surprised that we can still find it.

I didn’t know it was still in operation”, “I love this kind of atmosphere… I must be old”, “I smelled the smell from this car. Customers are waiting for them
It is worth mentioning that this form of trade is not uncommon at all these days. A few years ago, an article on the subject was published on the Money.pl website. Among others, the creator of “ABC on Wheels”, Marta Królikowska, expressed her opinion in it. – We wanted to reach out to customers who cannot use brick-and-mortar stores. Currently, there are over 50 cars driving around several provinces of central and eastern Poland. […] Drivers are our Agents. They decide what hours they will work, but we want it to be regular. On the one hand, the more they drive, the more they earn. On the other hand, customers simply wait for them – said Królikowska.
