Many employers require employees to come to work dressed appropriately. This is especially true for people who work in financial institutions, offices or prestigious showrooms. Most people understand image issues very well and have no problem with it. However, the problem occurs when the outside temperature generally does not drop below 25 degrees.

Women seem to be in a slightly better situation. Although office etiquette requires wearing thin tights, they can still afford an elegant dress or skirt and bare shoulders (at least to some extent). Men, on the other hand, are trapped. In their case, there is basically no choice. A shirt, long trousers and elegant shoes are mandatory in many companies.
Ola’s partner couldn’t count on turning a blind eye when it came to clothing. – My husband, even though he didn’t work with a client or hold any representative position, had to dress elegantly. Years ago, when it was hot, he went out in shorts. It ended up that I had to bring him long pants because the bosses didn’t look kind of way… – she revealed. She also mentioned her friend who outsmarted the system. – My friend found a way to get around this problem. It required some scheming on his part, because every Monday he would bring a change of washed and ironed clothes to work that were in line with the dress code, and he would go to work in normal, everyday clothes. At least he didn’t torture himself in the heat.
I live near several office buildings and when I see people leaving their offices in hot weather wearing suits, tights, long pants and sleeves, I feel very sorry for them. I think that if formal attire is not absolutely necessary, everyone should be able to dress however they want, especially when the weather makes it reasonable.

Radek has a completely opposite approach. He has worked in a corporation for a long time and has become immersed in the culture that prevails in open space.
