I pour a glass of vinegar into a bowl and dip my feet. It sounds strange, but I do it every season. It works.

In the summer, our body begins to accumulate water in the subcutaneous tissue, which results in swelling. This primarily affects the legs. It looks unsightly and causes discomfort. One kitchen product comes to the rescue.

The body activates its natural defense against dehydration, which means it stores water. In addition, heat causes the veins to dilate, which slows down circulation. The person then feels sluggish, and there are visible swellings on the legs. Lack of physical activity and insufficient fluid intake only worsen the situation. How to help yourself?
