Changes in TVN24’s “Szkle kontaktowe”. Instead of two presenters, one appeared

On July 16, Katarzyna Kasia and Grzegorz Markowski hosted “Szk³o kontaktowe” for the last time. At that time, it was not yet known who would join the team after their departure. On Monday, one new presenter debuted on TVN24, who hosted the edition together with Tomasz Sianecki.

Last week, the long-time hosts of “Szkło kontaktowe” said goodbye to its editorial staff. Katarzyna Kasia, who had been associated with the editorial staff for the last five years, and Grzegorz Markowski, who had hosted the programme for sixteen years, announced that they would soon begin working for Telewizja Polska. The presenters will host a new programme on political and social topics, which has not yet received an official name. Katarzyna Kasia and Grzegorz Markowski are the next presenters to say goodbye to “Szkło kontaktowe” in the last few months. Krzysztof Daukszewicz, Artur Andrus and Robert Górski had already left the editorial staff earlier. Tomasz Sianecki, Wojciech Zimiński, Michał Kempa, Wojciech Fiedorczuk and Tomasz Jachimek remained among the presenters of the TVN24 magazine.

“Contact Lens” with a new host

After the departure of Katarzyna Kasia and Grzegorz Markowski, the Wirtualne Media portal reported that the editorial office was looking for new journalists to replace them. At that time, it was not yet known who would fill the proverbial “gap” in the “Szkło kontaktowe” team. On Monday, Marcin Bisiorek debuted on TVN24, hosting the program in the company of an experienced presenter, Tomasz Sianecki.

Marcin Bisiorek is a radio journalist currently associated with radio 365, where he hosts the music show “Mam gra?”. He began his professional career at the Łódź Manhattan radio station almost two decades ago. He later moved to Radio Eska, where he soon became the program director. After a dozen or so years, he was entrusted with the role of program director at Eska Rock, which he held for five years, starting in 2013. In 2017, Marcin Bisiorek became the head of the Muzo.TV channel.
