Most of us have tried popular instant coffees at least once in our lives. We can buy them in a 3-in-1 version, i.e. coffee, milk and sugar, and a 2-in-1 version, i.e. coffee and sugar. What is hidden in these inconspicuous sachets? Few people know that this drink has little in common with coffee.

It also contains a lot of sugar, which is not harmful to health, but too much of it can and does cause diabetes. It is better not to reach for instant coffee, because apart from the coffee aftertaste, we will not get anything valuable in return.
How is coffee the healthiest? The answer to this question is not clear-cut
If we have a choice between loose and instant, it is worth remembering that the former will be stronger. That is why people who have problems with blood pressure should reach for instant coffee. The healthiest way to brew coffee is to prepare it in a pressure coffee maker.because then the extraction process of the beans takes a short time and they retain all their valuable properties. If we use a drip coffee maker, it is worth bearing in mind that the filter used in these devices removes substances that are responsible for higher cholesterol levels. – Unfiltered coffee, such as Greek and Turkish coffee, which is boiled, or coffee prepared in a French press, contains larger amounts of cafestol and kahweol, chemicals found in fat droplets floating in the coffee, as well as in the coffee grounds – explained dietitian Lisa Drayer in a report in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology.
