One of the silent characters of the popular series was a manor house belonging to the Złotopolscy family. Unlike many other scenes, those that took place inside the building were not recorded in a studio. The production “played” a real manor house, which can be visited to this day.
The building known from the series is located 30 kilometers from Warsaw, near Złotopolice in the village of Many. Most likely, the construction of the manor house was completed in 1928, and today its owner is Beata Chmielowska-Olech. Until recently, the journalist was associated with Telewizja Polska. After the December changes in TVP, she lost her job as a presenter of “Teleexpress”.

The property underwent renovation a few years ago. The restored villa now houses a restaurant and a hotel, which often hosts conferences and weddings.
